Wetchi was driven by a simple but powerful desire: to create spice blends that were pure, natural, and free from chemicals, MSG, colorants, or any artificial taste enhancers. Struggling to find spice blends that were truly free from harmful additives, she decided to take matters into her own hands and craft her own blends, using only fresh, high-quality ingredients.

As Mrs. Gloria started cooking with her fresh, homemade blends, she noticed something special—the flavors were richer, more vibrant, and full of life. Her meals tasted different, and those who tried them were curious about what made them unique. It wasn’t just that the blends were fresh—it was that the spices were carefully sourced, free from chemicals, MSG, and artificial ingredients, and didn’t sit on a shelf for months losing their flavor.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a concentration in International Business, and a minor in Psychology and Spanish, Mrs. Gloria used her business expertise to take her passion for clean, flavorful cooking and turn it into a professional brand. She went through the process of becoming certified in spice blending, and also earned certification from the health department, ensuring that everything she created met the highest standards of safety and quality.
